Home State Insurance Benefits
- Bank paid Life and AD&D insurances for all regular full-time employees ($50,000 each plan) starting the first of the month following hire
- Additional voluntary insurance coverage available at the expense of the employee (employee, spouse, child)
Home State Disability Insurance
- Long Term and Short-Term disability pay for all regular full-time employees after one year of employment
- Compensated at one week per year of service up to twelve weeks maximum for short term disability
- 60% of base salary coverage for long-term beginning after the 26th week of disability
Home State Time Off Benefits
- Bank paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr., President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) for FT associates
- Additional personal day to be chosen individually by FT associates
- Paid 2 weeks' vacation, increasing to 3 after 5 years of service and 4 after 15 years (pro-rated 1st year) for FT associates. PT associates eligible for 8 days of vacation. Officers 3 weeks of vacation (pro-rated 1st year) and Vice President's 4 weeks of vacation (pro-rated 1st year).

- Referral Bonus of $500 for recommending individuals for employment with the Bank. Associate must be hired and still employed with the Bank after 6 months
