Rachel Jesky joined Home State Bank in 2019 as a Credit Analyst, underwriting commercial loans. In 2021, she took on the Senior Class Club Director position and began learning about the club's prior existence, navigating a path forward after the pandemic. Under Rachel's direction, the Senior Class Club has evolved to meet the unique needs of our members, offering a well-rounded program to help members manage their retirement experience with an emphasis on health & wealth.
In 2023, she took on a new role as Home State Bank's Community Relations Officer, playing an integral role in the bank’s giving mission and coordination of community events and relations.
Before her career in banking, Rachel worked in the auto finance industry, with roles in originations, fraud prevention, customer service, debt collection & recovery, and dealer services.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Columbia College and is a resident of Crystal Lake. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and traveling with her husband, Dave, and their 2 children, Raisa & Rhett.
