As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we are remodeling our Crystal Lake location at 40 Grant Street. During the majority of Phase 1 of the project, we remained open; however, the noise and debris from some aspects of construction will be more disruptive than anticipated. We want to make sure we offer the best possible atmosphere for our customers during their transactional experience.

Out of an abundance of caution and care for the safety and comfort of our customers and staff, our 40 Grant St. location will be temporarily unavailable for approximately two weeks (beginning Monday, January 19th). During this time, we will:

Remove all tile and level some flooring

Apply spray insulation

Prepare the space for the next phase of improvements

While 40 Grant Street is unavailable, we have made account opening and customer service available by calling 815-459-2000. We can prepare any necessary documents prior to your visit to any of our locations: 

  • 50 Grant Street (next door), will be available (M-F 8:00am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm) for all services including our walk-in lobby and drive-up ATM.
  • 611 South Main Street banking center in Crystal Lake will be available (M-F 8:00am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm) for all services including our walk-in lobby and drive-up ATM.
  • For access to your safe deposit boxes, please call 815-459-2000 to schedule an appointment.
  • For Night Depository users, this will be unavailable at 40 Grant Street so please make arrangements to use our Night Depository at 611 South Main Street, Crystal Lake.

Additionally, our convenient online and mobile banking features can accommodate a majority of your transactional needs. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this brief period of inconvenience. We are confident that the improvements will make your experience even better—and well worth the wait.
